COMPANY POLICIES:

- Sales tax of 8.25% will be charged automatically to your order when you designate a shipping address within California.

- We are not responsible for any custom / brokerage fees, taxes or duties related to international orders.

- Prices on our websites are subject to change, and we reserve the right to change prices without previous notification, and price adjustment will not
be applied to your previous or original order.

- We reserves the right to cancel your order at any time, for any reason. You will be notified about the cancellation either by email or phone. If we
have already received your payment, we will fully refund you for the payment received.

- We reserves the right to update the policies and conditions displayed on this website, and you agree to be bounded by them at any time.

SHIPPING POLICIES:

- Canada customers required to use UPS Standard to Canada.

- Using the wrong shipping method will result orders been canceled without prior notice.

- UPS does not ship to P. O. Boxes.

- All orders placed with wrong shipping method will automatically be canceled without prior notification.

ITEM ORDERING AND PROCESSING:

- When order more than 1 case, customer might experience low shipping fee. This is due to package overweight error in the system. We will send out
an e-mail with proper shipping fee and wait (48 hours) for customer's approval before processing the order.

- When customer try to add items into shopping cart but the quantity always display "0". This means the item is out of stock.

- All orders usually be processed and shipped within 48 hours.

- We reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice.

WHAT IS A DISCONTINUED THERMALTAKE PRODUCT?

- Our Discontinued products meet "new product specifications". These products have not been used prior to your purchase.

WHAT IS A REFURBISHED THERMALTAKE PRODUCT?

- Our refurbished products include evaluation units, customer return units, and cosmetically imperfect units.

- Performance may be slightly below the performance of a brand new Thermaltake product.

- Refurbished item might have cosmetic blemishes such as scratches, dents, and discoloring.

- These products are retested and determined to meet Thermaltake's high quality standards before they are sold as refurbished units.

- All refurbished items come with all installation hardware and accessories included in the retail version.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY FOR DISCONTINUED/REFURBISHED THERMALTAKE PRODUCT AND PARTS?

- Thermaltakeshop.com does not accept any returns or exchanges on discontinued /refurbished products and parts.

- All sales are final unless there has been a mistake made on our behalf.

WHAT IS DISCONTINUED THERMALTAKE PRODUCT WARRANTY?

- Thermaltake offers 90 days limited warranty on all our discontinued products against manufacture defect.

- Warranty will only be honored with original purchase receipt or packing list directly from Thermaltake USA Inc.
